iTineraries Travel is your personal travel concierge who specializes in all inclusive vacations, cruises, and custom itineraries. We don't just stop there. We can assist you in your destination wedding, group travel, honeymoons, and flight, hotel, and car rental only reservations.

With all bookings you receive a beautiful custom itinerary which is compatible on computer and smartphones. It also has a chat function capability for your direct line of contact with us.

All Inclusive Vacations

An all-inclusive vacation is a dream for many people, and it’s easy to see why. It takes going on holiday to a new level. If you go on an all-inclusive vacation, it means your stay, unlimited food, drinks, activities and entertainment are included in the booking price of the resort – without any surprise costs.

Cruises

Cruises come in all shapes and sizes for any type of traveler. You have everything from large activity-filled mega-ships to smaller, elegantly appointed luxury vessels, and everything in between (including intimate and immersive river cruises). We’ll help you understand all of the options – and we will even surprise you with that perfect itinerary.

Wander your way!

Booking any and all aspects of your trip — from air to accommodation to tours to ground transportation to specialty experiences such as cooking classes, whisky tastings, sporting events or guided hikes. I will book whatever aspects of your trip you want me to.

Fee Schedule

Below is the current fee schedule. Please contact us if you require clarification or additional information.

Airline Ticketing Fee

$100 per adult* – Domestic flights
$125 per adult* – International flights

Once booked, standard change and/or cancellation fees apply.

Cruise Fees

$125 per adult*

Rate is based off one destination and three options. Extra destinations or options will incur a $50 research fee.

Change and/or Cancellation Fees

$50 per adult* change and/or cancellation fees apply after booking.

Adult is defined as anyone over the age of 18 years of age.

Fee includes one itinerary and one revision per destination. Payable prior to starting work on your file.

Last-minute Travel Fees

$200 per household
This fee is only charged if less than 21 days to departure date.
This service is available depending on availability and allows us to prioritize your quote as quickly and efficiently as possible.
